Beth Russell Needlepoint William Morris Tulip Collection

Tulip is from a pretty repeating pattern showing rows of tulips curving to the left with rows of slightly different tulips curving to the right - all surrounded by the Morris heavy foliage.

The fabric was block printed by Thomas Wardle in 1875 and proved a commercial success for Morris.
Beth has adapted this delicate design into two kits, a cushion and a miniature.
