We are a sole trader company and have been established on the internet for 12+ years. We sell everything to do with Knitting and Needlecraft. We accept PayPal, Credit and Debit Cards on line and Credit and Debit Cards on the telephone or by mail. |

| Ordering - How to Order |
Place your orders in the basket - choose your Country
from the dropdown list and then the contents of your basket including postage and totals will be displayed.
All the prices on our site are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling, the currency
of the United Kingdom. However, the daily equivalent in Euros and US
Dollars are quoted beneath the total on the basket page too. You can add
to - or remove items you do not want - and will not need to enter any of your name,
address or card details until you are happy with your order. When you are
ready and wish to go ahead with the order, you then click on submit and you will
be taken to a secure form for you to ender your name, address, card details etc. When you submit your details you will receive an automatic acknowledgement and an order number. |

| Cheques Policy |
We are sorry but as from 1st September 2007 we can no longer accept personal Cheques in any currency. You can however order with your debit card or your credit card. |

|
| Postage Charges |
When you add something to the basket and then choose your Country - you will then see your basket contents together with postage charges. If you add or subtract from the order the postage will change accordingly. You do not have to complete the order if you change your mind. Your order will not be completed until you click on submit and put in your details. |

| Out of stock Policy |
We will email you to tell you if your order is out of stock. If you wish to cancel at this stage please do so by email with your full name and order number. Please mark the subject of the email "Cancellation". We cannot accept cancellations by phone. We will acknowledge the cancellation by email and also from our site. |

Please note: if you have not received an acknowledgement by email from us then we have not received your cancellation email and the order has not been cancelled. If you do not receive an acknowledgement from us in 2-3 days please check our email address and send another email otherwise the order will not be cancelled. |

| Delivery Policy |
If your item is in stock we try and send out orders either the day received or the following
working day. We use Royal Mail for all our post and use first class post, Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery if in the UK and Printed Paper or Small Packet Signed For if in another Country. We will send you an email on the day that the order is being dispatched. If you are in the UK then your parcel should arrive within a day or two of posting. If you are in another Country the parcel will usually arrive between 7-10 days. |

| Part Orders |
If we have most of your order in stock and you are in the UK, we will send out what we have and send the rest on when it comes in. If you use Worldpay for your payment method we will take the whole amount of the order when we send out the first part as there is no facility with Worldpay to take part payment. If you choose to pay via Paypal then we can take part payment and the rest when the rest of the order goes out. However, if you are overseas, owing to the extra postage involved, we will usually wait until all the order is in stock. |

| Minimum Order Policy |
We have a minimum order policy of
£5.00 plus a minimum postage charge of £1.50 |

| Returns Policy. |
If you wish to return your order after you receive it. Please return within 14 days of receipt. We will then refund your card with the cost of the item(s) but we regret we cannot refund for any postage incurred. Please contact us by email or telephone before you return goods so that we can give you a return number. Please note: Owing to copyright issues we are unable to accept returned knitting patterns of any kind. |

If you order an item and it is returned to us marked as "uncalled for" or "insufficient address" from the post office, we will refund your card but we cannot refund postage as we will have paid for the postage already and cannot reclaim it from the Post Office. |

| Cancellations Policy |
Please note that you can cancel your order at any time before it is sent out by sending us an email quoting your full name and order number. We will then acknowledge your cancellation by email and cancel the order. We cannot accept cancellations over the phone. Please make the subject of the email "Cancellation". |

| Faulty Items Policy |
If items are faulty in any way please return and we will refund or replace. |

| Privacy Policy |
We do not pass your details, either name, address or telephone number to any third parties. If you place your order on the telephone, we destroy your card details as soon as the transaction has gone through and we have collected monies from you. If you place your order via our website then we do not see your card details at all and we guarantee that we do not pass on your name and address details to any third parties. |
