| Ordering - How to Order | Place your orders in the basket - choose your Country and postage and totals will be displayed. You can remove items you do not want and will not need to put any of your name or card details in until you are happy with your order. You then click on submit and you will go to a form for your name, address, card details etc. When you submit your details you will receive an automatic acknowledgement and an order number. |
| Cheques | We are sorry but as from 1st September 2007 we can no longer accept personal cheques in any currency. You can however order with your debit card or your credit card. |
| Postage Charges | When you add something to the basket and then choose your Country - you will then see your basket contents together with postage charges. If you add or subtract from the order the postage will change accordingly. You do not have to complete the order if you change your mind. Your order will not be completed until you click on submit and put in your details. |
| Item out of stock | We will email you to tell you if your order is out of stock. If you wish to cancel at this stage please do so by email with your full name and order number. Please mark the subject of the email "Cancellation". We cannot accept cancellations by phone. We will acknowledge the cancellation by email and also from our site. Please note: if you have not received an acknowledgement by email from us then we have not received your cancellation email and the order has not been cancelled. If you do not receive an acknowledgement from us in 2-3 days please send another email otherwise the order will not be cancelled. |
| Item despatched | We send you an email when your order is being despatched. |
| Minimum Order | We have a minimum order policy of £5.00 and a minimum postage charge of £1.50. |
| Returns | If you wish to return your order after you receive it. Please return within 14 days of receipt. We will then refund your card with the cost of the item(s) but we cannot refund for any postage incurred. |
| Cancellations | Please note that you can cancel your order at any time before it is sent out by sending us an email quoting your full name and order number. We will then acknowledge your cancellation by email and cancel the order. We cannot accept cancellations over the phone. Please make the subject of the email "Cancellation". Please note: if you have not received an acknowledgement by email from us then we have not received your cancellation email and the order has not been cancelled. If you do not receive an acknowledgement from us in 2-3 days please send another email otherwise the order will not be cancelled. |
| Faulty Items | If items are faulty in any way please return and we will refund or replace. |
